Story behind me.com/upgrade ?

Anyone know what the story behind http://www.me.com/upgrade is? It mentions it in several places in DP4 - but the website itself is a bit vague... Basically just says "You’ll be able to upgrade your account to iCloud soon." Then a link to http://developer.apple.com/icloud/ for devs.

it's exactly that. when iCloud is officially released, you can transition from me.
