iOS Storyboard and deployment target

If I use a storyboard.storyboard file in the IOS 5 SDK, and set up segues, can I set my deployment target to SDK 3.1 ?

My app doesn't use any of the new IOS 5 features, other than storyboard, so I want to reach as many devices as I can.

Just a warning about Storyboards: if you are writing apps that still need to run under iOS 4.x, you can't use Storyboards. They are an iOS-5-only feature.
