Straightening image in Photoshop?

Hi,

I have a photo of a ruler which I need to use for work, however, the ruler is slightly bent (raises in the middle). What function do I need to use in Photoshop to flatten out this curve?

can't you just copy one side of the ruler before the curve onto a new layer and rotate it...if you can attach a picture it would help a lot more
