Strange App Update issues?

Occasionally, when I go to my App Store, I'll get an 'Update', however, when I tap on the App to update - the next screen shows that the update is already installed (see pics).

The only way I can actually update this is if I tap on 'Update All'. Any idea why this is happening?!

I see that sometimes too right after I update an app.
Just click the update button again on the bottom right and it will check for updates and go away.
