strange blacklines in leopard and double shut down buttons. virus ??

Hi everyone,

i have a problem with my macbook everywhere i click i get black lines around menu's like for example a text field outlines black. i also got double shut down buttons :S here is a screenshot i hope someone can help me because it looks like crap. i think i hit the wrong buttons somehow.

Looks like VoiceOver is enabled.

System Preferences > Universal Access

Glad that worked. Looks like cmd-fn-F5 toggles it on/off.
