My iPhone 6 has been acting strangely for the past few days.

Any-time I get a missed call from someone, the phone also reports two missed FaceTime Audio calls from my mother. The calls from her are listed at the exact same time as the actual call I missed - but she is definitely not calling me.

Anyone experienced something like this before? Any idea where it could come from?

I tried to restart the phone and it didn't help.

Do you have handoff/continuity set up on another iDevice? I have it set up on my iPad and I have a similar issue with FaceTime Audio on my iPad reporting missed calls from my phone even if they've been dismissed, and the "missed call" badge doesn't disappear unless I erase the entire call history from the FaceTime app on the iPad.

I did have the same exact issues that you are reporting but I seem to not have that issue so far since I updated to 8.1.3.

Thanks. Unfortunately while the problem started while I was on 8.1.2, I updated to 8.1.3 a few days ago and it still seems to be there.

Actually this morning it was reporting 2 FaceTime Audio missed calls this morning - supportingly my mum calling twice at the exact same time. But she confirmed she didn't call (what is new is that this time there isn't any actual missed call from someone else).

Yes I do have handoff/continuity on my iPad (and also MacBook Pro).

I think me issue is different though. If I understand in your case there is an actual call that is dismissed on one device but still shoes up as a missed call on the other one.

In my case they missed call that are reported by the phone actually never happened on any device - they just seem to come out of nowhere :-/

This happens on our iPad (though it doesn't show up on any of our phones). I can only imagine it is a continuity bug of sorts.

Actually I thought the bug was gone with 8.1.3 but its actually still there since it presented itself this morning. Really annoying bug.
