I've been encountering a very strange UI anomaly with Safari's bookmarks menu, which causes an entire submenu to be offset downward, so it looks like it is popping out of the next item down rather than the one selected (see the attachment below). Has anyone else ever encountered this before? It doesn't occur in any other application that I know of.

What makes it even more odd is that it only occurs on some menus and not others. It also doesn't appear to be related to the width or length of the submenu. Any ideas?
