Strange Color Configuration?

I can't seem to figure this one out -- I've noticed something wrong with green colored items on display. I first noticed it in Dashboard, where my Scoreboard widget (for baseball scores) was not its usual green, but a dirtier, browner green. The same sort of green appears in my stock ticker.

I noticed this while choosing a red font color in Stickies... the red seemed to be more orange than anything.

Have you tried recalibrating the colour profile (System Preferences > Displays >Color)?
