Strange Graphics Problems

My Mac has just started getting really bizarre graphics problems. I have an early 3.0Ghz Mac Pro with ATI Radeon X1900.

I've already had my graphics card replaced due to the version 1 X1900 cards being faulty.

But these are totally new problems, nothing I've ever seen before. I've attached a screenshot.

I noticed this happen once on my Mac Pro at work also, same specs.

Geezus. I've seen artifacts like that in PC games with overclocked graphics cards. The ATI 1900XT heatsink has a propensity to get full off dust. Does it need cleaning?
