I have been using 50GB plan for about a year then I decided to change my cloud service provider so I removed and disabled all my photos and disabled icloud library.
I disabled my icloud backups.
Now when I check my storage status it says 15GB is taked by documents !!!
However when I go to manage storage menu it says only 118 MB is taken by all documenta.
I tried to contact apple but the problem is that Its about 2 years that I am living in Vienna Austria not US and this is not possible to change the apple id number to my Austrian number which is completely insane.
Any help regarding this issue would be appreciated.
