Strange icon next to the battery on a jailbroken 3gs

Does any one know what this icon is next to the battery? Please see attached picture.

Pretty sure it's letting you know your phone is not on silent. Try switching the vibrate switch and see if that changes.

Looks like a sound icon, when you tap the switch into vibrate mode does it changes to a line crossed over the icon, such as indicate silent mode?

Its from LockInfo, it lets you know that there are unread push notifications.
