Have 2 - 2015 MBA 13in both w/ High Sierra

Have reset SMC and plan to order replacement batteries but thought I would post this first in case there might be a software or other hardware issue. Perhaps try a different OS?
Both purchased used, not sure either has the original battery installed.

#1
sys info & coconut say battery cond. normal, 112 cycle count
charges to 100% and usable util it reaches +/-70% then shuts down, once plugged in, says time to full charge 20 hours, does not take 20 hours but does take a long time like 6-8 hours

#2
non Apple SSD HD
sys info says replace battery, coconut says poor, 233 cycle count
charges up to 100% and runs fine for hours or days if sleeping until it gets below 50% then one can expect it to shut down at any time

Even if those are the original batteries they are 11 years old at this point. More likely than not they're imbalanced and completely dead at this point regardless of cycle count.

Thanks to all for the comments.
#1 has an Ifixit battery and I noticed reviews of such are poor. So ordered a battery for it.
#2 this runs for about 5 hours before it drops into the 'die at any time' zone so will keep using for now, so odd that the sys info says 'Replace Now'
