Strange iPhone 6s multitasking bug

Whenever I close all apps before I turn off my iPhone 6s at night, for some reason some apps remain open when I turn it back on in the morning. Have any of you guys run into the same bug?

No, it doesn't happen to me. I don't switch my phone off though, I leave it in airplane mode.
