Strange-Looking Circle Next to Battery Indicator?

Can someone tell me what this strange-looking circle next to the battery indicator (top right corner) means? I have a jailbroken 3GS and have never seen it before...

Might be the icon for GPRS.

From the 3Gs manual (p22): "Shows that your carrier's GPRS network is available, and IPhone can connect to the internet over GPRS...."

Nope, that's not it.

OP, let us know what jailbroken apps you have. One of those created the icon.

I think that is a notification for SB rotate. NOt sure though. I remember seeing a similar post earlier today with the same issue.
