Hey gang, quick question.
My wife received her new 13 Pro max. She set it up last night, she said it came with a Sim card. I'm out of town so I can't help her.
This morning she's getting a pop up message saying "last line no longer available".. Do you want to use your remaining line ". Anyone have any insight on this?

I only get that alert when connected to Car Play. seems like a bug with eSim.
 
Tell your wife to watch this video. Solution 1 (clearing recent and missed calls) will probably fix it. If not, move to solution 2, and so on.

 
Which carrier? All iPhone 13's came with eSIM only this year and not a physical SIM. Did she put the SIM from her old phone into the new phone instead of setting up the eSIM? The phone might think it's supposed to have two different SIM profiles now.

I had this issue and clearing out recent and missed calls fixed the issue. Was right after I converted physical SIM to Esim.
 
We're with Verizon, she said it had a physical Sim card but not exactly sure how she set it up. I'll talk to her more when she leaves work.
She said she just followed on screen instructions to activate it.
