Strange pic appeared in my album?

The picture is labeled November 7, 2018? How does this happen?

The settings are correct and I have know idea who is in the picture. Could I have picked up someone's picture from their photo stream being on their network?

OP may have just been disoriented from his trip from the future, not realizing it was he who took the picture. Now, he probably won't come back. Can't let people know time travel is possible. 🙁
