Strange Popup Asking for my Password?

Mods and/or Arn, is this popup normal? I was browsing the forums in private mode to disable iCloud tabs and got this pop every time I tried to load/refresh this web page this page.

EDIT: I did not notice this other thread which mentions x-site authentication. Perhaps the same occurrence.

I apologize for the redundancy, though maybe it will help.

Somebody had embedded an image that ended up behind a login. I've removed it from the thread, so things should be ok now.
