If system language for account is "Russian", then message
0a60b52107c7.png
appears every time after login. Text message on russian "Утилита слотов памяти. Модули памяти установлены в рекомендованные слоты.", in english it approximately (as I never seen it in english) is "Memory slots utility. RAM modules are set to recommended slots." If I set system language to "English" then message disappears. If I set language to "Russian" again then message appears again.

It isn't very annoying, but nevertheless...

Message appears in Mac OS 10.5.x and in 10.6.x after upgrade.

I use English system language, but my wife prefer Russian as system language in her account.

I have read about this issue several times on Apple Discussions, http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2087388
You will find this app in this location: /System/Library/CoreServices/Memory Slot Utility.app
Try to create another account and test if it will appear again.
I have tryed another accounts, including just created one - and all things remain the same. Only one thing matters - account's system language.
:(
It is interesting to see that there are no any solutions in internet now.
