Strange problem with 7.1

After enabling 3g i found delay in opening apps and it disappear after turning off 3g

My phone is 5s and i did OTA update

Any one else see this ???

Try resetting your network settings. Just note it will wipe out your Wifi passwords so you will have to input them again.

I do that man and not helped i don't know what is this problem and it was working , i am sure it's from the update

Hay guys any help i already contact apple and guess what the told me to check with my carrier company and no problem in the phobe at all and i tried another carrier and problem solved but why i have to change my old number this is very strange and i found same complain from others in the feed back thread
