Has anyone else seen this?

My cable modem is dying a slow death, and will be swapped out following the holiday weekend, but today while trying to figure out why my connection had stopped working, I clicked on the 'Network Diagnostics' link, and got this. Every time.

network diagnostics

Network Diagnostics application is no longer in the applications folder. That is the cause of the issue. It is now located in System/Library/Core Services. So put an alias of it in your dock or toolbar and launch fom there.
