Strange "Shared" computer on my network.

So today, and times before, I find random PCs connected to my mac.

In the finder, I see under "Shared"

toshiba-user
and this other one your-973fac and a bunch of numbers.

I changed the password on my network before to something very hard... but its still connected. WTF is happening?!?!?!

When i click "Connect As..."

I get.

Connection failed.

Finder > Preferences > Uncheck these: "Back to my Mac", "Connected Servers", "Bonjour Computers"

They're not connected. You simply see them as available to connect.
