Since the last few days I have been observing a really odd behaviour while browsing the forum with safari on an iPad Pro.
Sometimes, soon after I’ve followed a new link, the screen will refresh to a different forum page and there is no way to go back, or forward, to the previous page. I.e. the back and forward arrows becomes greyed out, as if this was the very first page I have opened.
Obviously this could be a problem with my iPad, but so far I have experienced this behaviour only with the MR forum.
Has anyone else seen this?

Oddly I cannot replicate the problem this morning.
I would be nice to know whether any change was made to the code recently that could have made a difference.

Also maybe a corrupted image or advertising?

I'll skip the point with 3rd party certs in Keychain and profile.
Maybe you tried to open a lot of web pages and apps, so your RAM was under pressure.
As for me quite reasonable will be to close all the apps from background, as well as pages in Safari, restart your device, and see its behavior.

Between last night and today nothing has knowingly changed on my device.
Same apps open, same tabs (maybe more).
Today all appears to be fine again.

I should also reiterate that the strange behaviour only happened with MR.
I tried to break it with a few other websites but they all worked flawlessly.

Actually, I am realising this might be linked to the way the tabs on all my devices will stay in complete sync when they are part of a tab group.
So, if I change a page on a tab within a given tab group, the page will also refresh in real time on all of my other devices that have the same tab group open.

At the time when the issue happened I wasn't using any other device, but i wonder if a Mac waking from sleep would be enough to trigger the change on the iPad?

I presume this is now an issue for a different forum.
