Strange user in Parental Controls

I've just purchased a new MacBook Pro and whilst going through setting everything up I noticed there was already a user specified in Parental Controls. It is called "Korisnik gost". Doing some digging it looks like this is Serbian for "user by". I'm now slightly paranoid as to why this is here, any ideas? Thanks

If you just purchased it from Apple then you qualify for "free" support, give them a call expressing your concerns.
