Strategy game[OFFLINE]for iPod touch

Hi guys 🙂
I really like strategy games 🙂 but the problem is the games are online & I have an iPod touch 5 so I don't have internet all the time [WiFi]

I already played infinity blade - kingdom rush
Tower def - Frontiers - Laser wars - tank wars - battle pillars - ocean horn - PVZ - PVZ 2

Is there any more OFFLINE strategy games ?

Offline iOS global strategy with AI, and no donut

Hi, today been online I've found very peculiar game - 'Cosmogonia', this game is almost a copy of the Master of Orion, but has new graphics! Moreover, this game is for iOS and cool that it's AI game! Offline and no Donut! To my mind it's a big advantage over other similar games!
