Stream audio to Apple TV quality

I use the AudioOut (instead of using iTunes) to playback music from YouTube and the sound quality sounds pretty bad.

If I use iTunes to play music via AirPlay the quality is much much better.

Also yes, the YouTube vids I am playing are good quality.
