Stream music from iMac to iPhone

Hi guys, I'm wondering is their a way to stream music stored on my Imac to my iphone, please note the imac and iphone wont be connect to the same network.

StreamToMe and Plex are your two main choices. I personally haven't tried either though, sorry.

iTunes Match is a decent option that won't require your iMac once your music has been matched/uploaded. I use it and have been quite happy with it.
