Stream to other devices from cable

I have a winter house with good internet and wanted to know if there was a way to stream from my cable box (main home) to my winter house? I have a Roku in both homes and wanted to stream it to the roku or some type of device from my cable box. Any ideas?

And check your cable provider's website as they may have options via web or app. I have the dreaded Comcast (Xfinity) and they stream their channels via a web browser. I watched something that way on some free wifi while flying recently.
