Streaming audio on ustream straight from itunes/ music app

Hi,

Using my macbook alone is it possible to stream audio to ustream and be able to monitor the sound too (in real time)

I know I can run ableton (for example) and route audio to soundflower but then I can't hear a thing.

Any ideas?

OK after more digging I found out. FYI u need to get audio hijack.
