iPod touch Streaming iTunes Content

Is there a way to stream my iTunes purchased TV shows to my iPod Touch without having to put the videos on the device? I've read you can do it with an iPad, but can't find anyway to do it on an iPod Touch.

Also I have the 4th Gen iPod Touch.

I'm not sure. I usually click on itunes, select purchased, and download the video to the Touch.
