Streaming Media on the iPhone

Hi,

I often browse this site on my pc to watch movies. I was just wondering if this is possible on the iPhone (streaming, not download).

I suppose I can download them if all else fails, but its worth a shot right?

I don't think the iphone's browser supports it... i get the blue Lego thing.... is it flash based???
