Stress Testing the VRAM?

Folks-

Can anybody think of a good way to stress test the VRAM? I think I've got a bad chip, because every once in a while my SR MPB will do weird things... once it failed a VRAM diagnostic (Tech Tool Deluxe), it sometimes won't startup, sometimes graphics test patterns take an extraordinarily long time to load (and other times they are fine).

I'd like something like memtest, but for VRAM. Any ideas?

I think the Apple Hardware Test covers VRAM, but could be wrong. It should have come with your machine. 🙂
