    Hello all,

When I was checking the deleted files in the Trash in my mac, I found that there are a whole bunch of files with the names Dutch.strings, English.strings, French.strings, ru.strings, zh_CN.strings, ... , zh-Hant.strings. There are a lot of them. But I have no idea when they go into the Trash...

I guess these files are language-related but anybody knows where they originally locate in the system? and, are they important? is it OK that I completely delete them?

    Thanks,
    Nick

Have you used a language-stripping program recently? They are localization files that allow your machine or whatever program to display their strings in other languages.
