Stuck cd

Hi all,

I inserted the cd in my MacBook. But i'm not able to take it out. I have also windows installed in the system. I'm in mac os now. But i'm not able to take the cd. someone help.

Restart and hold the Mouse button (the trackpad) down to force it to eject. Or is it the eject key now? Either or?
