I have had my iPhone 4s jailbroken for about a month and have had no problems. Yesterday without installing anything or even using my phone i looked to check the time and it wouldn't turn on. once i plugged my phone into power it booted only to be stuck in a boot loop. as soon as i unplug it from the charger it powers off. I can put it into dfu mode in iTunes, but it won't allow me to restore because the phone powers off halfway through the restore. i can't get it replaced because I'm out of warranty because i have replaced the glass multiple times

This sounds like a hardware fault and not a jailbreak issue. Can you boot in Safe Mode?

To do that, boot the phone but hold down the Volume Up key when booting. Keep holding it until the phone boots in to Safe Mode.

If it is a hardware issue you can still get a decent less than full price replacement from Apple by paying the OoW (Out of Warranty) replacement cost. You have to give them your current phone though.

I tried the volume button thing but it doesn't work. it just keeps in its boot loop. i have tried everything that i have found on the internet with no luck. I could really use a phone.
Could it be a battery issue? because i have spare batteries that i can get

Sorry OP, but based on the info you gave it sounds like hardware. I'm no expert, but unless you installed/updated and nothing has changed then it doesn't seem to be jailbreak related.

Jailbreaks tweaks and apps can sometimes be unstable or prevent booting, but the jailbreak itself doesn't usually just cause what you're reporting out of the blue.
