    Download redsn0w and click extras.

Then click "recovery fix" and follow the instructions.

If it is stuck in DFU, just hold down the Home and Power buttons until the Apple disappears then re-appears, then release both

You can also try that several time for a boot loop, slim chance it will allow it to reboot correctly

If it is a recovery loop, use Redsn0w as advised.

"Tried a lot of things" doesn't us. We would just end up suggesting things that you tried. Tell us what you tried and we will have better suggestion.

Try to put it in DFU mode again and restore. If it doesn't work then i would suggest going back to 4.1 and see if it works. If it works then it's your not phone's problem.

When I try to update to iOS 5.1 and stuck in DFU loop I downgrade to iOS 4.2.1 and it work's perfect...so it's good? The problem not in the iPhone?
