Stuck In Recovery Mode??

Hello,

My iPhones stuck in recovery mode, after trying to update to IOS7 and my laptop decided to crash halfway through, when I plug it into the laptop it just says theres been an error and it can't be restored.

i'm not bothered if i lose everything, I am however bothered about the fact I cant get it to work!!

Any ideas 🙁

Oh and when i try and restore it, after the error comes up it just has a blank black screen as if the phones on but no ones home??
