Stuck in Restore

Last Monday I got my iPhone X. I love it.

On Friday I began getting a pop up with the message “Purchase of the item is not currently available”

Last night I went to look at the my backups as I am traveling Monday. Under backups it is still restoring. I believe it is stuck. Please advise on how I should proceed.
