stuck on apple logo cant restore

hi every body and merry Christmas to every one. well ill get to my problem. i just got the iPhone 4s and i also sold on eBay my old iPhone 4 well i had it jail broken.and it ran on 4.1 BB 02.10.04 and i was having problems backing it up. so i backed it up with an encrypted back up. so i was going to ship it on Monday and i did a rest so as not to give away any info. well my mistake was syncing my new iPhone with the same itunes that i was using with the old iPhone 4.well after i did a reset now I'm stuck on the apple logo. i tried to restore it but i get error 3194 i followed this vid.on how to fix the problem but did not work http://youtu.be/Dqh8KY2Cw1s but i now for sure i have #1 an encrypted back up. and #2 i have saved my shsh on my comp.and on cydia. i also have tinyumbrella on my comp. i jailbroke it a wile ago with limera1n.if anybody knows how to get itunes to go to the encrypted back up please help me i will be in your debt for ever.thank you.O i also made a couple of vids on you tube on whats going on. http://youtu.be/Z7S5je3WU6c and this is the second one http://youtu.be/ZTROZvSPUIs
