Stuck on connect to iTunes (bricked) how to bypass it?

Hi somehow my partner bricked his phone and it is now showing connect to iTunes the logo and picture, is there anywy to bypas it without restoreing it? His phone is jailbroken. We tried to blackrain it but it's still stuck on the logo
