I am trying to install Windows 7 with boot camp on new MBA 13" running Lion. I get to the part where it is creating a partition for windows-> selected 20GB for Windows and 230 for Mac but it has been partitioning for 45 minutes. Is this normal? There is no progress bar and I am getting a little worried.

    Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem but had tech support on the phone. They asked if I had everything backed up and I said it's practically a brand new computer and there's nothing that I couldn't reinstall so the guy said to do a force quit and reboot. Once I rebooted the partition was there.

Don't ask why but later when I had to reinstall lion I had to create a partition again. And it took all of maybe 2 or 3 minutes to complete.
