iPhone stuck on slide to upgrade!

my phone was jailbroken i tried to reset via a tweak it was fine but after restarting it got stuck in slide to upgrade screen! i want to install new firmware on it but itunes is not showing the phone! please help!

Recovery or DFU mode perhaps?

was trying recovery mode before but was doing it all wrong P itunes is downloading software update!
