Stuck on the white screen, black apple

I updated OTA - it downloaded and prepared the update, but now I'm stuck on that screen with nothing happening for an hour now.

Tried pressing Power and Home, nothing seems to work.

Restore through iTunes?

I've never used iTunes, never connected the phone to a computer.

12 hours later and it's still bricked.
