I have bought an AT&T pay as you go sim card and activated it on their web site. they assigned me a new wireless number and 4 digit pin code, and was instructed to logon to "manage my account" for adding funds.
However, when I try to logon, it is rejected as if the PIN is incorrect.
If I try to use "forgot your password" they want to send a new password to my new wireless number which is not in use yet.
How can fix this ?
