Stuck with the spinning circle thing

My iPad was just playing up as I was trying to get Goodreader to email a rather large PDF file so I decided to switch it off and restart it.

However now it looks like it's stuck with the spinning thing on it. Tried connecting it to iTunes but I get the error "iTunes could not connect to this iPhone because an unknown error occurred (0xE800065)"

Anyone know a solution or am I going to have to restore?

Is that the only solution as I haven't backed it up in a while. My fault I guess.

Also what OS version should I get so I can still JB?

U will have to restore it to the latest iOS firmware. Unless you have your shsh best firmware is 4.3.3 with jailbreakme.com
