Hi,
I am at Uni and I have Final Cut Studio that my dad bought me a few years ago. I'm in my final year and am working with a client, so if my version is the student version I won't be able to use it for the promo video as its for commercial gain. But I can't remember if dad bought the full version or the student version. Is there an easy way too tell, like if it was the student version would there be stickers on the box saying so, or would it say academic version when it loads up?
Thank you 🙂
Amy

Thank you 🙂 Nothing comes up on the loading up image to say it's an academic version. I'll take a look at the licence number too.

Thanks again
xx

I've just looked at the "Installing your software' leaflet thing, where it says the serial number, and on the other sticker with the barcode on it says 'Final Cut Studio 5.1 Retail', so my version is the full version I think?

Thank you
Amy xx
