I tried dual nano's and couldn't do it, text was visibly blurry and at the distance I sit it was kind of annoying to try and read so went with the glossy. Unless you have no control of the light where your setup is the nano option isn't really necessary to be honest and the glossy display is pretty good at reducing reflections already.
I went with the regular stand and my desk height is what I would call normal for any office desk, no idea why people are putting these monitors on stands unless they are well over 6ft tall. Proper ergonomics are to have the top of your head roughly aligned with the top of your monitor and most people are looking up at their monitors in videos which will destroy your neck.
BTW, don't be surprised if your monitors aren't the exact same height or dimensions. My desk is perfectly flat according to my level and one of the monitors was noticeably taller (.5") and the other had a slight angle built into it so when I put them side by side they were not perfectly aligned and I had to make some adjustments using thin layers of paper to help with my OCD. Additionally, audio will only play out of one monitor so either use externals or dedicate one monitor to audio/video.
