Studio Display: Tilt and height adjustable stand

Will this stand help me in lowering the monitor when compared to the tilt-only stand?

I'm curious what is the distance from the bottom of the monitor to the table top with both these stands.

I remember reading the specs comparing the two. Apparently the height-adjustable stand doesn't go any lower.
