I'm not sure if I should be alarmed, but I have this not so loud clicking coming from my MBP 13". It happens like every other minute.

Anyone know what this could be, I just bought my MBP in July. I just changed the HDD about 2 weeks ago, don't remember hearing it with the old HDD. Nothing seems wrong but the stupid clicking.

    Anyone?

This is a common problem with 13" MacBook Pro and non-stock HDs. http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2049659&start=0&tstart=0

that's all fine and dandy, but I don't have a 7200rpm drive and that what all these users are having issue with. I have a 5400rpm drive, and I don;t any beeping noise, just a little click every minute or so, the machine works fine, just the noise is annoying.
