Does anyone else's phone ask for your itunes password every time you open the app store?! Mine even asks me for my password after i put in my 4 digit pass code to unlock my phone!

It usually does that when a download fails and it gets stuck somehow, usually a sync fixes it for me.
And if that doesn't work, go into iTunes on your computer and click "Check for Available Downloads" Once it finishes downloading whatever didn't finish, it'll stop asking you on the phone, no sync needed.
