Stupid Question, Where is Siri?

Yes I have a 4S.
Sitting here looking at the box, have extra band on the top.

But I see no App called Siri, and if i hold the home button it gives me Voice Control.

Restored from back up from my Iphone4.

Just hold down the home button for a few seconds and it will pop up 🙂

Apparently, if you restored from an iPhone 4, you need to manually turn Siri on in settings.

Go into settings->general and turn on Siri.

Thanks, I did check for a Siri App in setting and saw nothing, but it is in the "General" Tab.
